All orders are delivered across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through our shipping partner, <strong>Baraa Fast Logistics<\/strong>, straight to your doorstep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Processing &amp; Dispatch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Prepaid orders<\/strong> (cards, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara) are prepared and handed over to the courier as soon as they are confirmed \u2014 typically within 1\u20132 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Cash on Delivery (COD) orders<\/strong> are first confirmed by our customer service team over the phone before dispatch. Please make sure the phone number you enter at checkout is correct and reachable, as we cannot dispatch your order until it is confirmed.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Our business days are <strong>Sunday to Thursday<\/strong>. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery Time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>We deliver to most areas within the Kingdom within <strong>2 to 7 business days<\/strong> of dispatch, depending on your city. Remote areas may take longer.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>If we are unable to deliver to your location, our customer service team will contact you to find a solution.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping Fees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Standard delivery fee: <strong>23 SAR<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Free delivery<\/strong> on orders of <strong>200 SAR or more<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Cash on Delivery service fee: <strong>17 SAR<\/strong>, added to your order total and collected by the courier in cash upon delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>All prices and fees include VAT.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Track Your Order<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>You will receive an email at every stage of your order: <strong>order received \u2192 order confirmed &amp; being prepared \u2192 out for delivery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>You can check the status of your order at any time from <a href=\"https:\/\/verena.sa\/en\/my-account\/orders\/\">My Account \u2192 Orders<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>The courier may call you before arrival. Please keep your phone reachable on the delivery day.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before Your Order Arrives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Enter an accurate delivery address and phone number at checkout, including your National Address short code, to help the courier reach you easily.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Make sure you or someone on your behalf is available to receive the order and complete the payment for COD orders.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Please inspect your package upon arrival. If it is damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us on the same day so we can assist you.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Postponed or Failed Deliveries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may postpone the attempt to the next working day, and you will be notified.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>If delivery fails after several attempts, the shipment is returned to us.
